The Iraqi League for Bone and Joint Health and Pharmathen Company co-hosted a scientific symposium

The Iraqi League for Bone and Joint Health held a scientific symposium in cooperation with Pharmathen Company on Friday 19/5/2023 in Coral Village in Baghdad The symposium opened with a lecture by Dr. Nizar Abdulateef, Professor Rheumatologist and President of ILBJH about the treatment gaps and unmet needs in osteoporosis management.

The symposium witnessed the launch of the Osteoporosis and Bone Diseases Special Interest Group

And announcing the practical steps to establish Iraqi FRAX Tool.

The symposium was attended by a number of physicians interested in osteoporosis and bone health.
